The Boy Scouts of America today voted to lift its longtime national ban on admitting openly gay Scouts but will continue to exclude openly gay adults from leadership roles.

A step in the right direction. Now, just remember how easy that was, when it comes time to allowing LGBT persons to join your organization in leadership roles. It is bound to happen, now that gay kids are allowed to join. Once they reach Eagle status, many scouts become Troop Leaders. But I guess we can cross that bridge when we get to it.
